Doctor’s fees Monday – Friday:
- Standard Appointment (up to 15 minutes) – $100.00 (Medicare rebate is between $21.00 and $37.05)
- Long Appointment (16-30 minutes) – $190.00 (Medicare rebate is between $38.00 and $71.70)
- Prolonged Appointment (31-45 minutes) – $270.00 (Medicare rebate is between $61.00 and $105.55)
Weekend consultations attract an additional $5 fee.
NB: New patients to Professor Kerryn Phelps, Dr Claudia Lee and Dr Jennifer Hunter are booked for 60 minutes and the initial fee is $400.00 and $390.00 respectively (Medicare rebate is between $61.00 and $105.55)
Sydney Integrative Medicine also offers regular patients telephone consultations (should your GP feel that this method is appropriate). The fees for these kinds of appointments are in line with our clinic fees as shown above. Please note that no Medicare rebates apply for Telephone and Skype consultations

- Initial Dietitian Appointment (60 minutes) – $170.00
- Subsequent Dietitian Appointment (30 minutes) – $90.00
- Initial Naturopath Appointment (60 minutes) – $200.00
- Subsequent Naturopath Appointment (30 minutes) – $85.00
- Initial & Subsequent Acupuncture Appointment (60 minutes) – $130.00
- Initial & Subsequent Psychology Appointment (60 minutes) – $200.00
Weekend consultations attract an additional $5 fee. Health fund rebates may be applicable for the above services, please contact your health fund for details.
Payment can be made by cash, credit card or EFTPOS. All credit card transactions will attract a 1% surcharge. For your convenience, we can process your claim through Medicare online and your refund will be deposited into your nominated bank account within 48 hours. To take advantage of this service you will need to register your bank details with Medicare.
We strive to provide our patients with the best possible care, and as such we may have a waiting time for an appointment with your requested GP. Because of this, our practice policy requires patients to provide us with 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment so that we can offer the appointment to someone else. The full fee is charged to patients who do not provide us with the required notice period (not claimable through Medicare).

Occasionally, when we refer you to another provider for collaborative care, we may need to release certain information pertinent to your condition.
